How to prepare a salad of chicken with mandarin

Lower in calories - the task is quite feasible, if used in place of mayonnaise natural yoghurt mixed with garlic or lemon juice. Ideal salads - vegetable oil.

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken,
  • 7 table. spoons of olive oil,
  • 70 g arugula and lettuce,
  • 4 Mandarin,
  • 1 tsp. honey spoon
  • 1 tsp. spoon of balsamic vinegar,
  • 100 g of chopped nuts,
  • salt, ground black pepper
Preparation

Chicken fillet fry for 2 table. spoons of olive oil. Cover with a lid and keep on low heat for another 5 minutes.

Arugula salad and tear. Tangerine peel and divide into segments.

In a frying pan heat the remaining oil, put tangerines and add honey. With stirring, keep on heat for 2 minutes. Add the balsamic vinegar and mix gently. Remove from heat and let cool.

Chicken fillet cut into slices, mix with lettuce and arugula. Salt and pepper.

Pour this sauce with mandarin oranges and sprinkle lightly roasted nuts.
