How to prepare rolls of zucchini with cheese curd


Ingredients:
  • 4 zucchini
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons Sahara
  • salt
  • 10 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 20 ml of soy sauce
Preparation:

Vegetables Wash. Do peppers remove seeds and stalk, flesh cut into strips. Cucumbers and carrots to clean, and cut into strips. Zucchini using graters peelers or cut into thin slices.
Prepare the marinade. Connect half lemon juice, salt, sugar, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar, mix well. Pour marinade zucchini, stir and leave for 20 minutes.
Onions cleaned, cut into thin, almost transparent rings. Pour onion remaining lemon juice. Remove the zucchini slices from the marinade and onions - from lemon juice, squeeze, spread out on a paper towel.
In a bowl, combine cheese, sour cream - mix well. On each slice of zucchini to put sour cream and cheese mixture, onion straws and carrot and cucumber. Close rolls and serve.
