Okroshka on kefir


Ingredients (for 4 servings):
  • 200 grams of ham
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • A bunch of radishes
  • 3 eggs
  • A bunch of green onions and dill
  • 1 liter of yogurt (diluted in water 3: 1)
  • Sour cream
Cooking method:

Potatoes and eggs to boil.

Cucumbers, radishes, green wash, dry.

Cut the rest of the ingredients into cubes, add to the greenery.
