How to cook yogurt cake with jelly cubes

Ingredients
  • 250 g butter biscuit (shortbread)
  • 100 g butter (softened)
  • 200 g gelatin
  • 1 l yoghurt (natural, fat content 2.5%)
  • 3 bags of jelly (different colors)
Preparation

Cookies chop, combine c softened butter and mix. The shape of the baking pan greased with butter, put the resulting mass and put on 20 minutes in the freezer.
 From jelly bags of different colors to prepare a gelatinous mass, pour into individual bowls. Put them in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. Remove the jelly from the same bowls and cut into cubes.
To dissolve gelatin in warm water and leave for 10 min. Then put in a water bath and heat, without boiling, until completely dissolved gelatin. Stir, pour the gelatin solution in yogurt.
Put colorful jelly cubes on the cake of the pastry, then pour the yoghurt mass, slightly flatten. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, remove from the mold and decorate as desired.
