Chicken galantine

Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken weighing 1.5 kg
  • 250g minced beef
  • 150g pork mince
  • 100 grams of ham, cut into thin slices
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 2 large carrots
  • salt, pepper, spice mix for meat
Cooking method:

1. Clean the chicken is completely off the bone so that the skin remains whole. Breast, cut lengthwise and spread evenly over the entire surface. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with spices.
2. Mix the two types of meat, season with salt and pepper. Add the peas and diced carrots.
3. Spread the mixture over the entire surface of the chicken, put slices of ham. Roll up roll. Wrap it tightly in foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until tender (approximately 1-1.5 hours).
