Shepherd's pie - a traditional British cuisine. This is not pie in the conventional sense, but rather layered casserole, covered with a layer of mashed potatoes. Most often it is made with lamb, but we will tell you more about the dietary options. Shepherd's pie turkey - a great option for a hearty and delicious meal.

Ingredients:
- Minced turkey - 400 g
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Red pepper - 2 pcs.
- Bulb - 1 pc.
- Frozen peas - 150 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Broth - 300 ml
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Butter - Article 2.5. l.
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp..
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Cooking method:
Prepare the vegetables: carrots grate, peppers and onions cut into fine strips, chop the garlic.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, boil in salted water and mash into a puree. Add 1.5 tablespoons butter, coriander, salt. After the mash has cooled down a little, mix it with egg, cover and set aside for a while.
Fry the onion, pepper, garlic and carrots (about 2 minutes). Add the minced turkey, stir and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the beef broth, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the peas and cook for another few minutes.
Preheat oven to 190 ° C.
Put the minced vegetables in a baking dish, top with a layer of mashed potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
