Cabbage cutlets Diet


Ingredients (for 4 servings):
  • Cabbage - 1 kg
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Semolina - 1/2 cup
  • Flour - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Greens - to taste Olive oil - to taste Breadcrumbs - to taste Salt - to taste Spices - to taste
Cooking method:

Cabbage cut into 4 pieces and weld in salted water for 8-10 minutes.

Fold the cabbage in a colander, mince and squeeze to remove water.

On a fine grater grate the onion and garlic through a press skip.

Dill finely chop.

For the cabbage add the onion, garlic and fresh herbs. Add salt and season with spices to taste.

Add flour, semolina, mix well.

Form of this mass patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil until crispy golden crust.
