How to cook kimchi - spicy Korean snack

Kimchi - Crispy burning appetizer of cucumbers marinated, sprinkled with sesame seeds. Prepare this easy Asian dish at home. An excellent alternative to cheese and chips: Dietetic snack for domestic social events and meetings with friends.

Ingredients
  • 1kg of cucumber
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red pepper (ground)
  • 50g ginger
Preparation

Wash cucumbers, pour the cold water and leave for 20 minutes, then pat dry, cut into cubes, season with salt and after 20 minutes, drain the separated juice. Garlic clean, chop and place on cucumbers. Season with pepper, pour soy sauce and vinegar.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the ginger in it until golden brown, then remove the ginger. Pour sesame seeds and fry for 1-2 minutes. Oil with sesame seeds pour on cucumbers and mix well. Cool, clean in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

Crispy burning snack is ready!
